Jessica Buckholtz has nearly 10 years of experience working in social media, from campaign creation to award-winning design. She is currently the Creative Manager on the national social engagement team at the American Red Cross. In her role, she provides creative direction for the organization as they execute their mission of responding to disasters and supporting people at home and abroad.  

As an early adopter and creative strategist, Jessica launched the @AmericanRedCross TikTok account and actively manages content strategy and creation for the organization. Before joining the American Red Cross, Jessica worked in public relations managing digital ad campaigns, website strategy and animated video content for a variety of clients.
